A conversation to go through context, user pain points, business goals and project constraints. By the end you will have a clearer view of the problem and of the possible routes.

Scope, timeline and cost agreed before we start.
Deliverables, prices and timelines are agreed before the work begins. That cuts changes of direction, rework and doubt during the project.

From interface to implementation.
When the project calls for implementation, I hand over the interface running in the browser, with responsiveness, accessibility, interface states and micro-interactions resolved.
